Job summary

Quest Window Systems Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for our Garland, TX facility to ensure material control and timely delivery to production lines.

You will coordinate with the Materials Manager and use our WMS for inbound and outbound processing. Responsibilities include cycle counts, receipts verification, inventory records, and supporting lean manufacturing with accurate stock and timely material flow to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and keep area safe and organized.
• Receive, count, and verify materials; monitor inventory accuracy.
• Use WMS to process inbound/outbound orders and cycle counts.
• Prepare and attach paperwork to work orders; support production needs.
• Communicate with managers and procure materials efficiently.
