Job summary

Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for our state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Lewisville, TX. You will maintain accurate inventory records and support efficient order fulfillment within a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role focuses on cycle counts, variance investigations, and collaboration with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping teams to ensure inventory integrity while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety-first environment by following safety procedures.
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits for accuracy.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory variances using WMS.
• Monitor inbound/outbound movements for proper documentation.
• Collaborate with receiving, picking, packing and shipping teams to maintain integrity.
• Maintain records of inventory transactions and adjustments.
• Assist in root cause analysis and process improvements.
• Support inventory-related reporting for leadership review.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and procedures.
• Operate RF scanners and other inventory tracking tools.
• Participate in cycle counts and year-end audits.
