Job summary

EXTEX Engineered Products in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist II to maintain accurate inventory and support warehouse operations for production. This role handles cycle counts, ERP transactions, and Outside Processing (OSP) coordination to ensure material availability.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, and documenting shipments, plus contributing to continuous improvement of inventory processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate inventory records for all materials entering and leaving the warehouse.
• Investigates and resolves inventory discrepancies identified through daily operations and cycle counts.
• Picks, kits, and prepares raw materials for manufacturing orders.
• Builds and issues manufacturing orders within the ERP system.
• Creates Repair Orders in support of Outside Processing (OSP) requirements.
• Coordinates and performs cycle counts and completes inventory reconciliation adjustments as needed.
• Assists with the development and continuous improvement of inventory control processes.
• Supports Shipping and Receiving operations by: receiving, inspecting, and unpacking incoming materials; picking, packaging, documenting, and preparing shipments; recording shipment information.
• Safely operates forklifts and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
