Job summary

Atlas Group is seeking an Inventory Control Associate in Phoenix, AZ to manage incoming and outgoing stock and maintain accurate inventory locations both physically and electronically. You will coordinate with multiple departments to resolve production and inventory issues and support cycle counts to ensure IRA accuracy.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, reviewing histories, and preparing production orders for staging.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related experience (4–6 years).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate forklift safely.
• Experience in inventory control, FIFO, cycle counts and document handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming/outgoing stock to maintain physical and system inventory locations.
• Communicate with departments to resolve production and inventory issues.
• Identify proper inventory and review transactions for accuracy.
• Navigate schedules and reports, conduct cycle counts and maintain IRA.
