Job summary

ZEISS Group in Osseo, MN is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support warehouse and shipping activities. You will work closely with teams across departments, maintain accurate stock records, and help optimize inventory flow using SAP.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 6 months warehouse experience, and basic Microsoft Office skills. You must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, operate forklifts, and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months Zeiss IQS warehouse/shipping experience or related experience elsewhere.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Understanding of basic lean principles desired.
• Data Entry, Touch-Screen Device, and Computer skills required.
• Able to learn quickly and follow processes consistently.
• Organized, detail oriented, self-starter and problem solver.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

• Utilize SAP effectively in relation to assigned duties.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions as per supervisory guidelines.
• Flexibly cover different positions within the assigned area to assist during staff shortages.
