Job summary

KARL STORZ North America is seeking a Logistics Associate II - Warehouse/Inventory to support our operations with accurate inventory management, material handling, and order fulfillment on-site in Stafford, TX. You will use SAP to process transactions, perform cycle counts, and prepare materials for shipment while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of warehouse experience; familiarity with MRP systems and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and inventory/MRP systems.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory transactions and material movements in SAP.
• Process, pick, pack, and prepare materials for outbound shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and daily audits.
• Support warehouse operations including put-away and replenishment.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse following SOPs.
