Job summary

Arktura LLC, a subsidiary of Armstrong World Industries, seeks an Inventory Control Coordinator to support the assembly department by supplying hardware for production orders and maintaining accurate Modula area inventory. The role involves cycle counting, reconciliations, and ensuring safe, organized stock in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The position reports to the Inventory Manager and requires ERP experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years ERP system experience (Syteline preferred).
• Modula Vertical Lift and Auto Tool Crib experience preferred.
• 1 year WMS experience required.
• Inventory, distribution, and operational procedures know-how.

Responsibilities

• Clocks to and perform transactions in Shop-Trak.
• Conduct inventory of tools, parts, and supplies and resupply as needed.
• Coordinate movement of assembled parts to next operation.
• Unload, receive, and store raw materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate stock counts.
• Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate shortages.
• Create detailed inventory adjustment reports.
• Suggest improvements for processes.
• Communicate with Plant Managers and Supervisors to ensure accurate reporting.
