Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for compiling and maintaining accurate records of stock quantities, types, and values. The role requires teamwork to count inventory, verify math, and prepare balance sheets and price lists across shift rotations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Fluent in English (speak, read, and write).
1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
Must be flexible and willing to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work in temperature-controlled zones ranging from -5 F to ambient temperature.

Responsibilities

Count material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and post totals to inventory records.
Verify clerical computations against physical count and investigate discrepancies.
Prepare reports such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
Compile information on receipts or disbursements and compute inventory balance, price, and cost.
Regularly attend and perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
