Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a warehouse stock clerk to compile and maintain inventory records, count stock, and reconcile discrepancies. The role involves safety reporting and working under temperature-controlled conditions.

You will prepare reports on inventory balance, price lists, and shortages, while ensuring regular attendance and flexibility with shifts, including overnights and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Willing to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in temperature-controlled zones from -5 F to ambient.
• Ability to observe surroundings, packages, and labels at close and far distances.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of stock.
• Report accidents, injuries, malfunctions and safety issues to a Supervisor.
• Count stock and post totals to inventory records.
• Compare inventories to records to obtain current stock levels.
• Verify clerical counts against physical stock and report discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
• Prepare list of depleted items and suggest surveys of unusable items.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
