TBG Recruiting is seeking a dependable Warehouse / Inventory Control Specialist for a busy HVAC company in Farmingdale, NY. You will support daily warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure technicians have what they need.

The role requires receiving shipments, verifying quantities, entering data into the inventory system, organizing materials, and maintaining tidy stock locations. Prior HVAC industry exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must come from a warehouse setting.
• Hands-on, computer proficient and comfortable with inventory management systems.
• HVAC/plumbing/electrical/construction/mechanical services industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Receive incoming shipments of HVAC equipment, parts, tools, and supplies and verify against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect deliveries for damage and discrepancies; report issues to the team.
• Enter received materials, inventory updates, transfers, and adjustments into the inventory software.
• Organize, label and stock materials in designated warehouse locations for easy access.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical counts align with the system.

This individual will be responsible for receiving shipments, stocking and organizing HVAC equipment and supplies, entering inventory information into the company’s software system, and ensuring materials are readily available for technicians and field teams.The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable working with computers and inventory management systems, and takes pride in maintaining an organized warehouse and accurate inventory.
