Responsibilities

• Daily inventory monitoring and data entry in the GIP or equivalent system.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and distribution with warehouse teams for timely supply.
• Serve as primary resource for clinical staff regarding stock availability and substitutions.
• Process item returns, recalls, and reutilization with proper documentation.
• Conduct daily spot checks and weekly cycle counts; investigate variances and report findings.
• Ensure items are properly barcoded, labeled, and located; support system updates and process improvements.
