Job summary

American Management Group, LLC (AMG) in Dublin, GA seeks a Supply Technician to manage daily distribution, replenishment, and maintenance of medical supplies across the facility, ensuring sterility and regulatory compliance.

You will operate barcoding and automated systems, stage carts, and support clinical teams with accurate inventory, timely requests, and safe handling. The role requires physical work and collaboration with Inventory Specialists to maintain uninterrupted patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 4 years experience in inventory management, supply chain, or healthcare logistics.
• Knowledge of supply distribution, stock rotation, and aseptic handling.
• Ability to use barcoding equipment and automated inventory systems (e.g., GIP).
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and deliver medical supplies to hospital wards and areas.
• Replenish primary/secondary locations using barcoding and automated systems.
• Ensure supplies are sterile, intact, and ready for clinical use.
• Auto-generate replenishment orders and complete system transactions.
• Perform daily inventory counts and monitor stock rotation.
• Maintain inventory documentation in GIP and report discrepancies.
• Respond to routine supply requests from staff and provide alternatives as needed.
• Prepare, restock, and maintain specialty carts (crash, emergency, procedure).
• Clean and maintain storage areas following aseptic and infection control policies.
• Resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
