Job summary

American Management Group, LLC (AMG) is seeking a Junior Supply Technician to support VA healthcare facilities with inventory control, stock replenishment, and delivery coordination. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to infection control standards while working with computerized inventory systems.

Responsibilities include interfacing with clinical staff, vendors, and logistics personnel, rotating stock, tracking expirations, and managing recalls.

Qualifications

• HS diploma and at least four years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Able to pass a government background check.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and stock rotation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish stock in primary and secondary locations.
• Interface daily with clinical staff, vendors, and Logistics personnel.
• Rotate stock, monitor expiration dates, and manage recalls.
• Use barcode equipment to track and restock inventory.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and elevate unresolved issues.
• Support delivery operations and related logistics tasks.
• Ensure storage areas meet aseptic and infection control standards.
• Consolidate materials to maximize storage and system integrity.
