Job summary

You will support clinical operations by keeping stock levels accurate, scanning items, and preparing carts per aseptic guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, stock rotation, and healthcare logistics.
• Proficient in using barcoding equipment and automated inventory systems.
• Strong organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written procedures, infection control guidelines, and safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and replenish medical supplies to hospital wards, clinics, ORs, and other areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory by monitoring stock rotation and expiry dates.
• Respond promptly to routine supply requests and provide availability information or substitutions.
• Prepare, restock, and maintain specialty carts (crash, emergency, procedure).
• Keep storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with aseptic guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
