Job summary

Dot Foods makes products more accessible and affordable to the food industry. We maintain inventories in our warehouse management and iSeries computer systems, and recover lost or found product back into the system.

This role involves researching discrepancies, preparing materials, and applying lean thinking to minimize waste, with a Monday–Friday 8:00AM–4:30PM schedule and the physical demands of lifting up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient math skills needed.
• Basic competency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate inventories in warehouse management and iSeries systems.
• Recovers lost or found product back into the system.
• Reviews and researches product quantity discrepancies.
• Prepares slot count materials.
• Identifies and adjusts inventory discrepancies to avoid service issues.
• Administers training on specialist and clerk functions.
• Handles office duties independently as needed.
• Applies lean thinking to identify and eliminate waste.
