Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an inventory/warehouse associate to operate forklifts, manage stock levels, and support efficient material flow across our production facility. The role emphasizes accuracy in inventory, adherence to safety, and collaboration with procurement and production teams.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, warehouse logistics, and daily reporting. A stand-up forklift operator with basic inventory knowledge will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment offering

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent preferred.
• Some relevant experience required.
• Must be able to operate a stand-up forklift.
• Knowledge of inventory controls and cycle counts is desirable.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials flow is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operates powered industrial trucks to load/unload materials and move them to/from storage, machines, loading docks, and trucks or rail cars.
• Transports material to/from designated areas per production/shipping orders.
• Performs transactions in business systems to track inventories.
• Conducts physical inventory audits, cycle counts, damaged material management, and waste tracking.
• Resolves inventory inconsistencies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepares required business reports.
