Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a dedicated team member to join our operations teams. You will transport raw materials, components, and finished goods to storage or production locations and operate equipment such as forklifts in a busy production setting.

You will ensure proper SAP entries and follow safety procedures. We offer a safe work environment and a family-friendly schedule, with benefits after 30 days including medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401K match, and an annual incentive

Qualifications

• 1 year of continuous employment
• Forklift experience required

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, components and finished goods to their assigned locations and set up, if required.
• Ensure material movements are consistent with current procedures regarding proper identification, FFF, and suitability for storage/equipment.
• Load inbound and outbound freight, as needed.
• Ensure product/product locators are processed into SAP correctly.
• Operate equipment, such as forklift, shrink-wrap machine, bander, tipper, etc.
• Work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
