Job summary

Menasha Corporation, a leading packaging and supply chain solutions provider, is seeking a warehouse associate to support production and distribution across our Bethel, CT facility. This role involves moving pallets, operating a stand-up forklift, performing cycle counts, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Strong teamwork and the ability to follow WMS instructions are essential. Experience in a warehouse setting and the ability to pass forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must pass certification to operate a forklift.
• Stand-up forklift experience required.
• Warehouse production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished jobs or goods into correct areas.
• Move pallets of goods for jobs in process to appropriate area.
• Place finished goods on designated pallets to correct location.
• Accurately complete forklift operator’s checklist.
• Notify supervisor of mechanical or material issues.
• Coordinate with managers to align production lines.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, manage pallets.
• Support supervisors on the production floor.
• Perform functions in the WMS system as required.
