Job summary

Vertiv in the United States seeks a Material Handler to ensure materials are available for production, perform cycle counts, move materials, and stock components while maintaining accurate inventory records.

You will use stand-up forklift and Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS) to track inventory, support reporting, and help improve material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Stand-up forklift experience required
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, filters, and conditional formatting
• Manufacturing warehouse experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Use material tracking systems to maintain inventory accuracy
• Move materials throughout the facility
• Pick and pull parts for production lines
• Unpack and replenish inventory
• Utilize Excel to track inventory, analyze data, and support reporting
• Support continuous improvement of material flow processes
