Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Stock Room Clerk to join our operations team in the United States. You will manage inventory, verify stock against documents, and maintain accurate records to support timely distribution.

Responsibilities include receiving, organizing, cycle counting, and safe storage of materials, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehousing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with stockroom inventory processes.
• Familiarity with receiving and shipping workflows.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in counts.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock and verify accuracy against packing slips or orders.
• Organize and store inventory in designated stockroom locations.
• Maintain real-time inventory tracking using digital or manual systems.
• Pull and prepare materials for shipment or internal distribution.
• Perform routine cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the stockroom.
• Assist with restocking shelves or production areas.
• Follow safety procedures for handling and storing materials.
