Plenus Group Inc, a growing Lowell, MA, food manufacturer, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy from receipt through production and shipment. The role supports cross-functional teams while upholding HACCP standards.

You will perform cycle counts, manage ERP transactions, assist with material flow on the production floor, and help with audits and cost tracking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years in inventory control, manufacturing, warehouse, or related role.
• Fluent in English; Spanish knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate inventory balances across locations and cycles.
• Monitor ERP transactions and ensure accurate closeouts.
• Provide production floor support and material flow optimization.
• Support cost tracking, audits, and management information systems.
• Develop inventory procedures and train staff on processes.
