Qualifications

• Six months to one year of related inventory experience.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and verify raw material movements to and from the warehouse.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to daily needs.
• Guide, train, and lead the inventory team.
• Verify ingredients delivered to and returned from the prep area.
• Maintain allergen guidelines and containment of all ingredients.
• Ensure accurate lot numbers and system movements.
