Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, scheduled cycle counts and physical inventory checks of designated stock locations to verify system quantities.
• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies found during cycle counts or audit procedures, documenting root causes and adjustments.
• Accurately input inventory adjustments, transfers, and location changes into the warehouse management system (WMS) or inventory software.
• Audit and verify product locations, ensuring inventory is stored correctly and FIFO or client-specific procedures are followed.
• Communicate discrepancies and location issues to warehouse management and receiving/shipping teams.
