Job summary

National Safety Apparel is seeking an Inventory Clerk to ensure accurate inventory counts and support production planning at our Oklahoma warehouse. You will verify items in the system, count stock, and help ensure uninterrupted production.

Responsibilities include adding new items, phasing out obsolete items, operating a forklift (training provided), and strictly following safety policies to operate equipment safely in a busy warehouse environment.

Position Overview

Assuring that inventory is correct.

Essential Job Functions

• Counting items and assuring that the inventory is correct in TCM in order to ensure proper production planning
• Executing projects including incorporating new items into the warehouse and also the discontinuation of items.
• Ability to use a forklift and Joey (training provided)
• Comply with established safety policies and be able to safely use the equipment provided in a safe manner, including shutting down machinery suspected of being unsafe.

• Two years of warehousing / inventory preferred
• Experience with Outlook, Word and Excel preferred
