Job summary

The Econolite Group, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist in San Diego, CA. You will manage inventory control, process POs and receipts in D365, perform cycle counts, and coordinate inter-warehouse shipments to keep production flowing.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in inventory or warehouse roles, experience with ERP systems, Excel and Outlook, and forklift certification. This is a full-time role with an hourly pay of $21.00–$23.00 and a commitment to equal opportunity

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in inventory control or warehouse roles.
• Experience with ERP systems and standard office software.
• Forklift certification and safe material handling.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and deliver production kits to support on-time schedules.
• Process material consumption against production orders in D365.
• Conduct quarterly cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate inter-warehouse shipping and material movement.
• Maintain accurate production and material status in schedules.
