Job summary

Encompass is seeking a Fulfillment Center Specialist in Texas to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will pick, pack, and ship parts accurately, using RF scanners and handheld devices to manage inventory.

A strong focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork is essential in this on-site role. Ideal candidates are English-proficient, able to lift and move boxes, and comfortable with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and lift boxes as part of daily duties.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm.
• Comfort with using an RF scanner.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship parts accurately and on time.
• Operate RF scanners and move inventory safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
