Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for the second shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM). The role is on-site in Dallas, TX, requiring a high school diploma and 5+ years of related experience.

You will manage weekly inventory counts, audits, and data analysis, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with Supervisors. Responsibilities include coordinating audits, preparing reports in Excel, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of industry related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Provides daily written and electronic copies of analysis and statistics of inventory count and quality audits results.
• Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel for all accounts and documents the results in an Excel spreadsheet.
• Interacts with supervisors to help identify trends, processes, or people that require corrective action.
• Read and respond to all emails in a timely fashion.
