Job summary

Noah Medical is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records, perform weekly cycle counts, and support production planning in California. The role requires attention to detail, ERP/MRP experience, and collaboration with Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Warehouse teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inventory control, experience with ERP systems, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, material handling, or a manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience performing cycle counts and researching inventory discrepancies.
Experience issuing materials to production work orders.
Experience using an ERP/MRP or inventory management system.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, components, finished goods, and production supplies.
Perform weekly cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory against system quantities.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and communicate significant variances to management.
Issue raw materials and components to production work orders accurately and efficiently.
Verify part numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and serial numbers before issuing materials.
Ensure all material transactions are recorded in the ERP/MRP system.
