Job summary

Noah Medical is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records, perform weekly cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and issue materials for production. You will collaborate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure on-time material availability and accurate ERP/MRP documentation.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, process improvement, and safe operation within a manufacturing environment in California.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience counting, researching inventory discrepancies and issuing materials to production.
• Ability to read part numbers and inventory documentation; experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, components, finished goods, and production supplies.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory against system quantities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and communicate significant variances to management.
• Issue materials to production work orders and ensure proper recording in ERP/MRP.
• Support inventory control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
