Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records and drive control processes across warehousing, logistics, procurement, production and planning teams.

You will monitor levels, investigate discrepancies, conduct cycle counts, and support continuous improvement to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency. A Bachelor's in Logistics or related field plus 3+ years' experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, materials, or supply chain management.
• 3+ years of inventory experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper recording of transactions.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits.
• Investigate discrepancies to maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure material availability for operations.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and production teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Prepare reports on inventory performance and accuracy.
