Hiring Today in the United States (New York) is seeking Inventory Control Specialists to join our team. You will perform monthly shop counts, verify cash, resolve product code issues, and explain shop accounting systems to crew and managers.

The role requires retail or food service management or accounting experience, strong communication, and a willingness to travel between shops. Starting pay is $18–$20 per hour, with benefits and ongoing training to support your growth.

We are looking to add Inventory Control Specialists to our team. Our auditors conduct monthly shop inventory and work with the shop crew and management to help control loss and improve operations. In addition to finding problems and opportunities you will be required to be part of the solution.

We are interested in talking to people who:

• Have some retail or food service management or accounting experience.
• Enjoy people and want to help teach and train.
• Have an outgoing personality with the ability to share data and have tough conversations with all levels of management.

Responsibilities:

• Physical count of inventory to calculate inventory shrink.
• Cash verification.
• Check and resolve product code issues.
• Explain and teach the value of our shop accounting system to shop crew members and managers.
• Assist with operational and personnel issues.
• Work with managers to solve shrink issues.
• Travel from shop to shop.
