Job summary

Hiring Today is looking for Inventory Control Specialists to join our team. You will perform monthly shop inventory counts, cash verification, and work with shop crews and management to reduce shrink and improve operations.

Travel between shops, teach the value of our accounting system, handle operational issues, and communicate findings. We offer $18-$20 per hour, mileage reimbursement, employee discount, and comprehensive retirement/benefits.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality capable of tough conversations with management.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory counts to measure shrink.
• Verify cash and reconcile discrepancies.
• Check and resolve product code issues.
• Explain and teach the value of our shop accounting system to shop crews and managers.
• Assist with operational and personnel issues.
• Collaborate with managers to solve shrink issues.
• Travel between shops to conduct counts and audits.
