Job summary

Hiring Today is seeking Inventory Control Specialists in the Ballston Spa area. You will perform monthly shop inventory, collaborate with shop crews and management to curb loss and improve operations, and contribute to problem solving.

Ideal candidates have some retail or food service management or accounting experience, enjoy teaching others, and possess an outgoing personality capable of sharing data and having tough conversations with all levels of management.

• Work with managers to solve shrink issues.
• Travel from shop to shop.

We are looking to add Inventory Control Specialists to our team. Our auditors conduct monthly shop inventory and work with the shop crew and management to help control loss and improve operations. In addition to finding problems and opportunities you will be required to be part of the solution.
