Hiring Today seeks Inventory Control Specialists to join our team in the Town of Queensbury, NY area. You will perform physical counts, verify cash and resolve product-code issues while teaching shop staff how our accounting system adds value.

The role involves travel between shops, strong customer service, and the ability to communicate data clearly with all levels of management. Starting pay is $18–$20 per hour with benefits and ongoing training.

Competenze

• Retail or food service management experience.
• Accounting experience preferred.
• Outgoing personality with ability to train and coach staff.
• Ability to communicate data and have discussions with management.

We are looking to add Inventory Control Specialists to our team. Our auditors conduct monthly shop inventory and work with the shop crew and management to help control loss and improve operations. In addition to finding problems and opportunities you will be required to be part of the solution.

We are interested in talking to people who:

• Have some retail or food service management or accounting experience.
• Enjoy people and want to help teach and train.
• Have an outgoing personality with the ability to share data and have tough conversations with all levels of management.

Responsibilities:

• Physical count of inventory to calculate inventory shrink.
• Cash verification.
• Check and resolve product code issues.
• Explain and teach the value of our shop accounting system to shop crew members and managers.
• Assist with operational and personnel issues.
• Work with managers to solve shrink issues.
• Travel from shop to shop.
