Job summary

O'Neil Digital Solutions is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for 1st shift in Los Angeles, CA. You will assist with inventory management to support production needs and maintain accuracy in stock levels.

Primary duties include cycle counts, data entry, and coordinating with warehouse staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected; lifting up to 50 lbs and operating forklifts may be required. This is an on-site role with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on inventory control experience and accuracy are essential.
• Experience with packing slips and inventory procedures is preferred.
• Strong numerical and data-entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain stock levels with attention to accuracy.
• Report nonconforming materials and stock issues.
• Perform item lookups and RTS returns.
• Assist with destruction of client inventory.
• Operate PC systems and Microsoft Office.
• Follow policies and keep workspace organized.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts/pallet jacks as needed.
• Read packing slips and understand inventory procedures.
• Identify inventory problems and collect data.
• Work overtime as required.
• Adhere to safety rules and procedures.
