L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Management Support to join our team in Rochester, NY. The role supports daily inventory operations, including picking, packing, shipping, returns processing, and cycle counting, ensuring accuracy and efficient material flow.

The position requires hands-on work, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Employees may work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, and the salary range for New York is $36,920 to $58,500,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience, or 2-year degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation.
• Familiarity with scanners, labeling systems, and inventory software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory system.
• Assign resources (equipment/materials) based on priority and project needs.
• Process returns and reallocate parts to minimize shortages.
• Transport inventory items up to 50 lbs.
• Acquire shipping certifications and assist with packing and shipping.
• Collaborate with team and other departments for efficient workflow.
• Maintain workload flexibility and handle multiple lines of support.
• Assist with general inventory control tasks as requested.
