Job summary

You will handle shipping/receiving, data entry, and documentation, working independently or with a cross-functional team to ensure compliance and accurate records. Up to 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in shipping/receiving, logistics, inventory control, property accountability, quality inspection, or related operations.
• Experience maintaining accurate records in inventory or material tracking systems.
• Ability to inspect, test, and document materials against specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic proficiency with standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Ship, receive, and store government and company property per procedures.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Enter data accurately into tracking systems.
• Maintain auditable records of logistics activities.
• Assist in periodic property audits and inspections.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct inventory audits with stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and documents for audit readiness.
• Inspect supplier hardware for compliance with requirements.
• Test and measure finished products and components for specifications.
• Document inspection and test results and disposition items.
• Communicate findings with vendors and internal teams.
• Support Return Material Authorization processes.
• Maintain hardware inspection records for trend analysis and audits.
• Follow Electrostatic Discharge handling requirements for hardware.
