Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking an Inventory Control team member in the DC warehouse to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all goods. The role focuses on reconciling received vs. delivered items, cycle counting, and locating goods for efficient placement and flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be accurate with attention to detail.
• Good communication with all team members.
• Ability to communicate with other departments, supervisors, other distribution centers, and support center staff professionally.
• Must be able to work as a team with emphasis on individual goals.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and AS400.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays).

Responsibilities

• Reconciling goods received and delivered daily and weekly.
• Cycle counting of merchandise and goods in the warehouse.
• Processing of damaged goods and merchandise.
• Assigning primary locations for goods and merchandise for product placement.
• Assist production planning team with next day’s product and merchandise flow.
• Break primary locations daily to assist with next day’s inbound production.
• Research SKUs to assist accounting department with weekly bill payment.
• Create daily projects for letdown/put away team.
• Assist Inventory Control Supervisor with projects to aid daily production.
• Billing/crediting stores for goods.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.
