Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Associate to support inbound/outbound freight, stock shelves, and process orders in the distribution center.

You will move goods using pallet jacks and forklifts, scan items with RF equipment, and follow safety and productivity protocols to help keep daily operations running smoothly. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work a flexible schedule, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to use RF scanners and radios for communication.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products by hand or using material handling equipment.
• Move inbound/outbound freight, stock, pick, and label items in DC.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and accuracy in all tasks.
• Meet productivity standards and adapt to business needs.
• Use RF scanners to track products and locations in the system.
