Job summary

Johnstone Supply is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Quality Control associate to maintain accurate inventory levels, perform daily cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies in a large warehouse environment. The role requires safe operation of power equipment and coordination with the DC team.

You will contribute to process improvements, ensuring data integrity across systems and supporting efficient receiving, stocking, and picking activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting preferred.
• Ability to operate power equipment (order picker, reach truck).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory counts through daily cycle counts and audits.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure correct item data.
• Coordinate with Receiving and Supervisors to resolve inbound receipt issues.
• Lead process improvement discussions to reduce inventory errors and improve picking/stocking.
• Maintain safe warehouse practices and accurate documentation.
