The role requires counting materials, posting totals, reconciling discrepancies, preparing reports, and maintaining accuracy while following safety practices in temperature-controlled environments.

Regular attendance and flexibility for shifts including overnight, weekends, and holidays are required.

Competenze

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Must be flexible with overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in temperature-controlled zones (-5°F to ambient).

• Regularly counting material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posting totals to inventory records.
• Reporting accidents, injuries, malfunctions and safety issues to a supervisor.
• Comparing inventories to office records or computing figures from records to obtain current inventory.
• Verifying clerical computations against physical count and investigating discrepancies.
• Compiling information on receipt or disbursement of materials and computing inventory balance, price, and cost.
• Preparing reports such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
• Preparing lists of depleted items and recommending surveys of defective or unusable items.
• Performing other duties as assigned and maintaining regular attendance.
