Job summary

Lancesoft in Rialto, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control/Data Entry Clerk. You will maintain inventory movement records, perform first level order-status support, and update Oracle daily to track location, transfers and disposal of product.

You will scrub weekly and monthly inventory reports, ensure paperwork accuracy, assist in cycle counts, and communicate status of open orders to internal stakeholders. This role requires multi-tasking and adherence to productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the data entry and maintenance of all inventory product movement.
• First level support for inquiries regarding open order status.
• Assists in updating Oracle on a daily basis to track the location, transfer and disposal of product.
• Monitors and scrubs weekly/monthly reporting for inventory management.
• Ensures all paperwork/updating is accurate as it progresses through system.
• Assists in the preparation and conducting of equipment cycle counts and physical inventories on a quarterly and annual basis as required.
• Reports to management areas of concern regarding issues within inventory control.
• Communicates with internal customers regarding status of open orders.
• Meets productivity/quality standards relative to responsibility as outlined by Manager.
• Responsible for the filing & record retention of Inventory Control documents.
