Job summary

Rotisystems, Inc. in San Leandro is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate stock, support receiving, and drive process improvements across the Supply Chain.

You will perform cycle counts, reconcile variances, manage ERP/WMS data, and collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, Production, and Sourcing. This on-site role requires 1–3 years of experience, a California driver’s license, and strong Excel and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with inventory software, ERP/WMS systems, spreadsheets, and data entry.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and complete urgent tasks in a timely manner.
• Must have a valid California driver's license with a clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory variances and identify root causes.
• Maintain accurate inventory information in ERP/WMS systems.
• Monitor inbound and outbound inventory movements and ensure proper documentation.
• Review and process receiving documentsand support invoice approval activities.
• Support aging reports, inventory shortage analysis, and other inventory reporting.
• Maintain PODs, BOLs, packing slips, and supporting documentation for accounting, claims, and deduction resolution.
• Partner with production for planning.
• Assist with procurement duties and projects as needed.
