This role conducts counts, investigates discrepancies, tracks damaged products, and prepares reports within the warehouse management system. The position collaborates with warehouse operations and administrative teams, ensuring organized documentation, proper labeling, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in inventory control, warehouse, or distribution roles.
• Experience with cycle counts, discrepancies, and inventory records.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic system literacy.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication and sense of urgency.
• Customer service focus and collaboration with multiple departments.
• Willingness to adapt to changing inventory needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory counts and record totals in the system.
• Compare counts with records, sales orders, and invoices for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and system variances.
• Adjust records with justification and document resolution.
• Perform scheduled cycle counts in designated warehouse areas.
• Run exception reports and investigate irregularities.
• Prepare inventories, shortages, and damage reports for leadership.
• Track damaged products and document information in the system.
• Manage on-hold products with proper labeling and documentation.
• Reconcile held inventory weekly and escalate unresolved issues.
• Stock, issue, relocate, or move materials to support operations.
• Collaborate with operations and admin teams on inventory concerns.
• Maintain complete and organized inventory documentation.
• Follow safety policies and inventory control procedures.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
