Job summary

IPS Adhesives (IPSA) is seeking an inventory specialist to maintain accurate stock levels, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies within the JDE ERP system. You will support annual physical inventories, ensure safe, organized warehouse operations, and contribute to process improvements through reporting in Excel.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related inventory experience.
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of distribution and warehouse operations.
• Proficient with ERP and reporting tools (JDE, Paycom, Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cycle counts and report results to leadership.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and adjust records.
• Support annual/quarterly inventory counts and flexible hours during inventories.
• Maintain 5S in warehouses and ensure safe, clean operations.
• Monitor product flow and prevent stock shortages.
