Job summary

Raynor in Dixon, IL is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage cycle counts, verify on-hand counts in the system, and correct discrepancies while ensuring accurate records. The role supports fiscal inventory, material tagging, and proper storage, reporting to the appropriate departments as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of inventory experience, strong communication, and solid PC skills (Word, Excel, JD Edwards). This full-time hourly position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Cycle count all items of inventory in plant and items on START program
• Verify counts with computer 'on hand' and make appropriate corrections
• Runs appropriate queries to maintain record accuracy
• Assume responsibility for fiscal inventory
• Identify and tag incoming material
• Insure proper distribution and storage of all materials
• Handles other duties, responsibilities and projects as assigned
