Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a warehouse inventory clerk to compile and maintain records of physical and virtual product inventories, manage data for orders, receipts, storage, issuing and shipping, and to support replenishment activities in a fast-paced facility.

Role requires attention to detail, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; candidates must be able to lift 40 lbs and work flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in country’s official language.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends or variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Put together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Find product and verify shipping accuracy with catalogs and references.
• Review files to identify unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products.
• Operate warehouse material handling equipment following safety standards.
