Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a warehouse inventory associate to maintain accurate records and support order processing. You will count cycles, manage receiving and shipping data, and ensure inventory integrity across cold and dry storage areas.

Responsibilities include processing purchase orders and invoices, tracking stock levels, and coordinating with teams to prevent shortages or overages.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in English or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20 F to 100 F in storage environments; PPE required.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shifts, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments and shrinkage.
• Locate products and perform cycle counts regularly; assist in physical inventories.
• Review stock information to verify shipping order accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment while following safety standards.
