Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Wisconsin is seeking an Inventory Clerk to compile and maintain records of physical and virtual inventories, and to handle cycle counting, claims, and accounts administration within the facility.

You will organize data from purchase orders, invoices and reports, determine stock replenishment needs, and assist in locating items, verifying product IDs, and preparing shipping orders while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with data entry and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Prepare data from purchase orders, invoices and reports.
• Determine stock supply and replenishment needs.
• Assist in damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Verify product IDs and conduct cycle counts.
• Review files to identify unused items and disposal needs.
