Job summary

Pentel of America, Ltd. is seeking a warehouse Inventory Associate to perform daily cycle counts, audits, and data entry in Oracle Warehouse and Inventory Management. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, assist with root-cause analysis of discrepancies, and operate powered industrial trucks as needed.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and willingness to work a 4:00 am–12:30 pm shift with overtime as required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life ins., and a 401K.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, and packaging processes.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management and Inventory Control applications is a plus.
• RF technology familiarity preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cycle counts and internal audits for product classifications.
• Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies with the Inventory Control Lead.
• Communicate discrepancies to Lead and management.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., cherry pickers, forklifts) as required.
• Inspect equipment and report safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate inventory data in Oracle Warehouse and Inventory Management system.
• Enter inventory data and assist with audits and replenishment tasks.
• Keep work area clean and safe and adhere to safety protocols.
